I am the co-owner of AGVE STUDIO - talent management and production company based in Warsaw. I have 15 years of experience working in the media.

As a talent manager I have a clear vision of the organization's goals and values. I am able to listen actively, ask the right questions, provide feedback, influence decisions, build trust and rapport. It is not only about identifying and preparing my talents, but also about developing and empowering them.
